Children aged up to and including 4 years of age sharing a room with adults are complimentary.

Retreat Rooms King Classic Retreat Courtyard View have an inbuilt day bed but may also accommodate a cot, subject to maximum occupancy.

• A shared yacht connection is not guaranteed unless guests have advised their return flight details a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. Information required is guest name(s), date and flight numbers for both arrival and departure flights.
• To confirm launch transfers please contact Hayman Island Reservations on hayman.reservations@ihg.com or telephone +61 (7) 5501 9992.
• The travel time from Great Barrier Reef Airport to Hayman Island is approximately 60 minutes. Hayman Island may need to combine flight arrivals according to flight schedules and guests may be required to wait at Hamilton Island until all passengers have arrived from various flights. If a yacht service cannot be provided (due to inclement weather, minimum numbers or other reasons), an alternate transfer will be provided at the discretion of Hayman Island.
• Please provide Hayman Island reservations with the Qantas/Qantas Link/Jetstar/Virgin Australia flight arrival and departure details of your clients.
• Upon arrival please provide the Hayman Island welcome desk with your luggage receipt, so they can easily identify your luggage and ensure it is transferred directly to your room.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
